Skin brushing

You lose apprx. 1lb of (waste) products through the pores everyday.
Skin brushing helps your skin breath by clearing the pores, and helps your skins appearance too! It also boosts blood and lymph circulation.

How to brush your skin:
Use a natural bristle brush or a small towel.
Do not wet or moisturize your skin and Caution: avoid brushing your face.
Strokes should be long and firm, in the direction leading to your heart. Spend about 5 minutes a day brushing your skin.
Start at your feet and up your body, brush your stomach in gentle (kinder), circular strokes in a clockwise direction to follow the flow of ur intestine.

Posture counts

Hello again,

Do you know how much bad posture can ache?
I do and I don't want to deal with it again!

Here's a tip (to make you think about your posture):
Your toes all the way to your waist is connected to your spine, so try and think about the way you sit (hint hint: don't sit in weird positions- I used to do that because I thought it was comfortable ... I guess I got karma).

For the dancers (especially ballet) posture is very important in dance.

During school years bad posture can get yourself made fun of and it's not fun.

If you have bad posture try and not squish your shoulders together, try and sit straight up and don't look down most of the times & don't slouch because people are going think your lazy.

(P.S-- when you say your lazy, your actually making yourself more lazy so think of yourself as
energetic)

If you sleep on your side it could ruin your posture, but if you can't help sleeping on your side,Here are a few pillows that can help you:
- foam pillows
-SideSleeper Pro
Upside-down U-shaped pillows.
SideSleeper did not sponsor his post.

4 common mistakes

Heey guys,
Right now it's exactly 1:30AM and I'm getting ready for my first post!
In this post I'm going to present to you easy solutions for 4 common problems:
-You left on your nail polish to long and your nails turn yellow. What should you do?
-To takE away the yellow tint mix 1 table spoon of baking powder with three (3) table spoons of water. Soak your fingers in it then rinse them off.

-You accidentally fell asleep with your make-up on and your face started to break out. What should you do?
-Make sure you wash your face with a scrub the next morning to clean off any oil. Remember: keep your make-up light & don't clog pores with heavy concealer.

-Your hairdresser cut layers into your hair, but you don't like it. What should you do?
-Most stylists will fix your hair cut; but if it charges for extra cuts, try a new do for a while (i,e: messy bun, side braid, simple ponytail...) until it get back I. A length your comfortable with.

-you put on waaaaay to much perfume on and it started to stink? How do you get it off?
- Anything Citrus can help the smell go away. All you have to do is rub a wedge (from the citrus fruit) on the stinky area and wash with water.
